Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days excluding holidays. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. You will be notified by email if in case of a delay in processing times due to sale, promotion or stock availability. Items are shopped by Canada Post and Petit Bouton is not responsible for any delays or lost/damaged items caused by postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

Pre-Orders

Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shopping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but most likely your orders will arrive to our store within 3-4 weeks.

 

Canada - Ontario ONLY

$15 flat rate for orders under $150
Free shipping for orders over $150

Canada - All other Provinces & Territories 

$20 flat rate for orders under $200
Free Shipping for orders over $200

United States (5-8 Business days)

$25 flat rate for orders under $300
Free shipping for orders over $300

** Above exclude ALL ChouChouAtti Products. ALL ChouChouAtti products shipping fees are automatically calculated when the customer types an address onto the checkout page, based on geographical location and an order's total weight.

Other International Shipping

Shipping fees are automatically calculated when the customer types an address onto the checkout page, based on geographical location and an order's total weight. 

 

* Our warehouse ships from Canada. For purchases to countries outside of Canada, please kindly note customer is responsible for all the additional fees like taxes, duties and customs fees.

** If you are in GTA and wish to avoid shipping fee, curbside pick up is available. To arrange please send DM on instagram or contact at : info@petitbouton.ca

  

Exchange and Return Policy

We always make sure to inspect all our items before shipping so you can be fully satisfied with your purchase. However if you wish to make exchange or return, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your online order by sending us email at info@petitbouton.ca. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return. We will review the request and send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed within 48 hours. If return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us. You can always contact us for any return question at info@petitbouton.ca.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and making it right.
Conditions:
  • All items must be returned in new, unused, unwashed, undamaged condition in the original packaging
  • All sale/discounted items, gift cards, swimwear and accessories are final sale
* if the returned items do not meet above conditions, petit bouton holds the right to refuse the refund or exchange request.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to the nature of 1:1 Pre-order sales, all Pre-ordered items are final sale, meaning we can't exchange sizes or provide refund.
