Store Policy

Domestic customers

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size, instead a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount.

To be eligible for a return for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the day your package was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.

Please e-mail info@petitbouton.com to initiate a return along with your name and order number. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item(s) to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected, disposed, and not eligible for a an exchange and/or store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, a store credit will be applied to your account.

We currently do not offer exchanged due to limited inventory. The fastest way to ensure you get your desired item is to place a new order with us.


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Petit Bouton is responsible for your order until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier. We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors, and we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.

 

International Customers (including USA):

We are sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges, please 
email info@petitbouton.ca and we will try our best to make it right.
